In art class, Langford Leopards learn to think like artists. Students receive instruction in the correct use of art materials and techniques, exploring drawing, painting, sculpture, textiles, printmaking, animation, and more. They also learn about contemporary artists and art from throughout history and around the world. Langford students are empowered to plan their own projects, developing their skills of observation, persistence, and creative problem solving as they produce original works of art.
