Communities In Schools of Central Texas believes that each student deserves every opportunity to succeed in school.We are a private nonprofit agency located on your child's campus to help students learn, stay in school, and prepare for a successful life.
Communities In Schools works in cooperation with the school, which often refers students to us.We serve students who would benefit from extra attention. Our mission is to empower students to achieve, both in school and in the future.

What We Do
Every child is unique and Communities In Schools offers a variety of programs to help each individual student. Our services include:
- Fun learning activities
- Individual and group support
- Basic needs assistance for students and their families
- Connecting students to tutors and mentors for extra academic and emotional support
- Career exploration
Parents, teachers, school staff, and students themselves may request Communities In Schools services. Services are free, voluntary, and confidential.
